Rissóis de Camarão or Portuguese Shrimp Turnovers are a favourite with Portuguese people all around the world. These half-moon shaped patties or turnovers are filled with shrimp in a creamy sauce, before being breaded then deep-fried.
This frozen preparation is great to have at home in the freezer, just deep fry until the patties are golden brown.
