Bacalhau com natas is a very popular way of cooking salted cod in Portugal. It is an oven-baked dish consisting of layers of bacalhau, onion, diced fried potatoes and cream, commonly spiced with nutmeg and white pepper. This frozen preparation is great to have at home in the freezer, just heat in oven and serve.
